You can set parametres - not have acces from game. After change - restart game, not do syntax errors.

Monitor resolution:

Minimal:

Width=320     
Height=240 

Also MOH support 640x480, 600x800. If not support your videocard - use internal in CPU  - OFF external videocard from CONTROL PANEL.

320x240 - aka in old game DOOM2.

If Your MOH have problem in windows 10, try set that:

DxVersion=9

ZOOM in game:

Fov=40

Can use 30...90. 30=max zoom, 90 = minimal zoom.
